1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt x2

Scrub and pierce sweet potatoes; place in microwave for 10-12 minutes.

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until done, drain, Add the corn, tomato sauce,cinnamon,nutmeg,allspice,1/4tsp salt and 1/4tsp coarse pepper.

Place in a greased baking dish, set aside.

When cool enough to handle, cut potato in half; scoop out the pulp and place in a small bowl. Mash the potatoes with butter,milk,1/4tsp salt, and 1/4tsp pepper. Spread evenly over meat mixture.
